Things people ask

The honest answers.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No — you can book directly with us for primary care, women's health, addiction medicine, and any aesthetics service. If your insurance plan requires a specialist referral, we'll coordinate.

Are aesthetic services covered by insurance?

Most aesthetic and cosmetic services (Botox, fillers, lasers, peels, facials) are out-of-pocket. We're transparent about pricing in your consultation. Medical weight-loss visits and lab work are often covered by insurance.

How do GLP-1 weight-loss visits work?

You start with a physician consult and full lab panel. We discuss semaglutide (Wegovy / Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Zepbound / Mounjaro), prior authorize with your insurance when applicable, and follow up monthly with InBody scans and dose adjustments.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Over 40 plans including Aetna, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, Medicare and Medicaid of Illinois. Full list is on the Insurance page — and if yours isn't listed, give us a call.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes — both primary care and aesthetics. Same-day primary-care openings most weeks. Aesthetics consultations are typically within a week.

Can I book primary care and aesthetics in the same visit?

Yes, and we encourage it for established patients. Mention it when you call and we'll line up back-to-back slots.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications and supplements, and any relevant medical records from past providers. For aesthetic consults, bring photos of concerns or goals if you have them.

How do I refill a prescription?

Use the Patient Portal for non-controlled refills — it's the fastest way. For controlled medications, please call the primary-care line.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes for established primary-care patients, certain GLP-1 follow-ups, and some women's-health visits. New patients are seen in-person first.

Where exactly are you located?

13550 Lincoln Hwy #100, Plainfield, IL 60544 — free parking right in front, entrance on the south side of the building.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Call the line for the side of the practice you booked, or use the Patient Portal. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible.

Is there a wait for new patient appointments?

Usually no for primary care — we keep same-day slots open. Aesthetic consultations are typically within a week.
